Greer will be back so presumably Goldson goes to full back if one of them gets injured. Hopefully, Rosenior might be in the squad at some point over the next couple of games.
This is obviously where we differ in opinion. He only played about five games but I thought he played really well. I'm not sure what you expected but we did really well with him in that position. He played left back for Hull in the FA Cup Final less than two years ago. I never understood the...
Agree re Rosenior. The irony was I think he was mainly signed as a right back and only played there in the cup. Was superb in right midfield and left back though. Over the next month or so we'll hopefully have Bong, Rosenior, Greer, Huhnemeier and Baldock back with Skalak hopefully coming in and...
Yes, definitely renewing whether we're in the Championship or Premier League. No issue with the price either. Very small increase and guaranteed whatever division we are in so no massive increase if we go up. What's not to like!
Is the last bit true though? I don't follow other teams' injuries in close enough detail to know whether clubs are being more vague now about timescales or if it is just us. It might be annoying to us but I think the club are right to do it that way (so the opposition don't know).
Yes, it's tough. Doubt that LVG will get much money if they keep him. The worry is that Mourinho starts well at teams so with big budget and a new start, he might just get them above Leicester. But only might.
What a load of drivel. It's become fashionable to slag off the club on here and it gets boring after a while. If you dare to stand up for the club, you get posts like this.
Maybe I'll just join the rest. Our season is over.
As always, so boring. Nobody has said there are none available. What has been said is that they need to be the right player at the right price. Or do you suggest we try to sign any old left back (maybe judging by the suggestions you made that is what you want).
So you know that for a fact. The club have a policy of not updating supporters about every detail of every injured player. Completely understandable.
As for them coming back, last I heard from the Argus was Hughton saying Bong and Rosenior will be close to being available for the Saturday game...
Very, very tough. Think Kayal still just has the edge but Stockdale, Stephens and Bruno all deserve a mention. I wonder if Knockaert might be in the running by May. I know it would only be half a season but if he carries on the form he's shown so far, he might get some votes.
You do talk some rubbish. I said Brentford were on top in midfield so we changed. After Crofts came on, we had the better chances. You just like moaning and it's so boring.
I know you said it wasn't a moan but it felt like one. I don't really see anything to observe or moan about last night. We played really well. At the start of the second half, we lost the midfield battle so Hughton brought Crofts on to regain control and he did that. They had a lot of possession...
It's funny the different views people have. I agree with The Wizard (although I'm not going to call you an idiot for having a different opinion). Hughton got it spot on. The reason we brought Crofts on for Hemed was we were losing the midfield. After Crofts came on we were pretty comfortable and...
