My favourite cover of all time and since I was a bit little laddie is Ride This Train by Johnny Cash.
Unfortunately I dont possess the expertise to post it on here. But its a good un trust me.
2 men, a drum machine and a trumpet. Had a record out called 'Tired of being pushed around' in 87/88. Cox and Steele their names were one was called andy and the other david, cant remember which was which though.
I think The Aloof were going the same time as Sabres, if not before. 'On a Mission' was certainly out before Smokbelch and Im preety sure Kooner and Burns were with them then.
Thats a tough one. I throughly enjoyed lightly salted pistachios at christmas time and thought I should eat more of them. However, when Im in a nut mood in a boozer I will always go for salted cashews. I also like honey roasted nuts but their availability seems to be dwindling.
So to recap...
Quite right yet again Peregrine. I saw some twat out on sunday in tshirt, shorts and sandals combo with his family who were all adequately dressed for the climate. Actually he looked like he was freezing but trying to save face in front of them. Hope hes got a chill now.
Weld by Neil Young and Crazy Horse is good, but the fattest man in the South East is correct in his assertion that Will Conrad and the Westerners seminal recording from Withyham is by far and away the best.
