The queue system seemed to be a bit weird this morning - every step of the way I got put back to the queue page before being re-directed back to the page I'd navigated to.
Given 6 of these players were in the team yesterday that failed to beat a rotated Crawley side, and the fact that we have about a million first team players, I would be really quite angry if this is the team we put out.
It would be weird to loan him out given he took all of our decent set pieces in pre-season. I thought he was going to get a run in the team until at least Estupinan was back.
If, as some have been suggesting, Kadioglu is being signed as first choice left back and not as a right back, then to be honest I'm not massively fussed about the signing. Would much rather we signed someone we felt was a natural right back, and then played Barco/Estupinan at left back.
I don’t think I rate it as a strategy if that’s what it is. It sounds just like Chelsea’s, but on a less ridiculous scale.
Take Cozier-Duberry for example, who joined on the basis of being given an opportunity in the first team, and we’ve since spent c£60m on two players that would both be...
But Enciso is far better centrally than he is out wide. I worry about the Adingra rumours, I think he's massively underrated and easily our next best left-winger after Mitoma.
Why what? Why do I not understand the strategy?
IMO having Rutter, Gruda, Enciso, Joao Pedro, Sarmiento, Osman (+ Buonanotte) all on the books with their primary position being number 10, means we're going to have to let some of them go, but they're all really talented players and I think we...
I don’t really understand our strategy at the moment. We seem to be hoarding young attacking players, and it looks like we’re going to have to give away one or two cheaply now.
There was a bit in the second half that I thought epitomised Ayari - great little turn to beat his man on the byline and then knocked it out of play. Think he has potential but he has a lot of work to do - he gives away free kicks for fun. I would worry if he’s starting against Everton.
I don’t think it does. We’d have to spend a fortune to get upgrades on both, and hoarding promising youngsters to the point of having to ship some out on the cheap just makes us a smaller scale version of Chelsea.
