Blimey just seen that Newcastle are 5-1 to win against us! Even a double chance of draw or Newcastle is 5/4 - Some safety bets coming up I think! I feel very uneasy about how practically everyone is writing them off. We should beat them easily but will we? Hmmm
I was thinking this too, but with Veltman for Duffy, just because he is a better footballer which I feel we need.
Mwepu is proving to be a proper attacking midfielder and with his height he can help support the two up top.
I don't think there will be that many u23 starting, can see a back 5 which includes Lamptey/Webster/Duffy/Burn/March with Lamptey maybe playing 60 min before being replaced by Veltman.
Midfield you would want Biss and Mwepu getting minutes under their belts, up front I've got a sneaky feeling...
Yeah it's got nothing to do with Palace loyalties, otherwise he wouldn't have picked White last season and was on the verge of picking Webster as well before he got injured.
He obviously didn't rate him when he had him in training. Next England Manager could well have a different opinion.
I'm so so sorry for your loss, I got lucky at the time and if I could find that bloke I would be giving him the biggest hug ever and tell him thankyou a million times over.
Because of him I carried on living and went on to find my wife and have 3 gorgeous children and I've just hit 50.
I am...
I've got several scars from having moles cut out.
Back in 97 I just finished playing squash and getting changed when some random bloke said to me "ooo you better get that checked out" I said "what you talking about?" he said "That mole on your back, it doesn't look right. My dad had a mole like...
I have to admit one thing though which was impressive, how the whole ground sing that "we follow" chant, it was loud! I'm surprised we don't do the same chant (obviously changing out Palace for Brighton)
I'm sure I've heard other teams sing it as well
I don't think Biss will make it, just a hunch. With Arsenals pace we either drop Duffy or he is the middle man of the 3, which is what I think he'll do. Wouldn't be surprised to see Lamptey start for some reason.

Lamptey - Veltman - Duffy - Dunk - Cucurella...
Definitely this, straight when I saw the team and could see it would be Lallana and Gross in the middle then you just knew Palace were licking their lips as they knew they would control the midfield.
If Biss is still out then have Moder in there and maybe Mac Allister as well as Welbeck will be out.
Its a massive shot in the arm for those of us in the Travel Industry! Along with the relaxation of testing for double jabbed, this will help save jobs.
Yeah it was pretty awkward after the play off defeat I can tell you! Nothing beats the first game I went with him to Palace vs us back in 2005? Sitting in their main stand and having to be in the middle of it all when they hit us for 5 :ffsparr:
I know right? My Father in law is also a Palace season ticket holder! He said I was lucky I didn't support Millwall otherwise he wouldn't have let me marry his daughter! :lolol:
I heard from my Brother in law who is a season ticket holder at Palace that they had to cancel everyones season tickets on the Thursday before the Spurs game and issued tickets to be printed off instead! Lots of teething problems with the new system.
It's probably been said a million times already but I can't find it but am I right in thinking that as I'm fully vaccinated, I don't need take a test before going Sunday? Also does my 10 yr old son need to take a lateral Flow test and then take the negative test result to the game? Cheers!
Pretty sure it's been covered already as to why he is not "match" fit yet, that is due to only playing a full 90 min like 3 times last season. Rest of time he was injured and then when he got back to pre-season training with us he lasted a couple of weeks before picking up an ankle injury which...
