I've quoted the wrong person/bike above so apologies....
If all you do is mainly urban riding and maybe a leisure ride along a tow path or Riverside or a jaunt up and over the downs then you're best bet would be a hybrid MTB.
Not as fast as a road bike but a more relaxed riding position...
I have a Scott Spark 960 2018 model. Its a fantastic bike and under the price bracket of your 2020 equivalent.
What swayed me was the front and rear suspension lockout with remote from handlebars. 3 modes on it, full travel, mid and lock out.
I ride everyday commuting but love a blast through...
4 games in. 4 games in! We've played Chelsea, Toon, Utd and what looks like a very very good Everton so far.
I wasn't expecting anything from our first 4 games points wise before the season started but our performances so far have me greatly enthused. Chelsea was unlucky. Toon away was a...

A consultant oncologist appointment 4 days later revealed 3 tumours. Up in London last week at Royal Marsden having his mask...
I have been to a few weddings and funerals with emotional speeches.
All were greeted with respect by the attendees, humour can be found in even the saddest of times.
But every single person giving the speech has spoken afterwards of finding an inner strength they didn't know they had to get...
