Nothing worse than smug twat landlords who think they were ‘prudent’ when really they were lucky to live in a time when a single person could easily buy 2 properties.
Very unsurprising when they then don’t understand a thing about proposed legislation on second homes
I mean, to be even more boring my response to the original reply should have pointed out that at the time of receiving the 10mil from us, Barco wasn't tax domiciled in the UK and so anything he received whilst tax domiciled in Argentina would be absolutely nothing to do with HMRC, whether they'd...
There's no income tax due on gifts. The £10mil to Barco would be a gift effectively. He's not doing any work for the club in return for recieving this £10mil. It just frees him up to then sign a contract of employment.
Similar scenario - when a parent gifts a child a deposit for a house - say...
I think it's become clear over the years that the initial roll-out of 1901 wasn't well thought through in a number of respects...
Besides, if its only being used by a small proportion of 1901ers, then there's no harm in getting rid of it right?
The premium paid is for the superior service and seat location at home games, what on earth does it have to do with away games? No reasonable reason for this perk to exist.
Sensible post. I feel for Ferguson this season the service he's frequently had has been shit. Compared to last season where we were a much better team, he had great service and so looked a lot better.
Yeovil not in the 92 any more but otherwise would win hands down yes - impossible to get to, nothing around and in the open air when you do manage to get there.
Yeh came here to say this. Granted most of our fanbase will have no clue what the experience at a L1/L2 away ground is like... but fair to say LOTS of them are a terrible experience. To call West Ham the worst away day in the country, when you're a short connection from all the pubs in central...
I'd much rather we put absolutely everything into Europe this year. I want to see the kids played in the FA Cup, our squad to be as rest and fresh as possible come march, rather than off the back of several rounds of FA cup games mid-week between league matches.
We can always focus on the cups...
I'm sure both Brighton Uni & the gym could accept a half hour closure every 2 weeks, at a time when the road is practically unusable anyway given the volume of cars?
And no I don't mean just turning right into village way... why not close off the sliproads off the A27 (with a couple of stewards...
Presumably he'll be available to play for us for 3x games in January where the squad is comically stretched, and could then be loaned out at the end of the window is we manage to secure a better option.
