I use a rolling pin and start right at the top of the hip and roll it down to the knee. Really, really, really hurts (using a rolling pin probably add to it:dunce:) but it's really sorted me out on the 2/3 occassions I've had it. I only needed a few days rest before resuming again.
I can remember circuit races in the town centre on a couple of occasions during the early 90's. One used part of the steine before heading east on Marine Parade then left into (i think?) Madeira Place then a little bit down St James St, up George St then down Edward Street to complete the lap...
