A day pass for about a tenner would be more attractive for me so I can watch the odd Albion game that they cover.
But probably not very attractive for BT Sports.
That must have been a record for offsides against us and Murray wasn't even on the pitch!
But we made a game of it and unlucky not to sneak a draw at the end.
Onward and upward (hopefully!)
If in the past you already signed up for a free month of prime but didn't extend it (in other words you are a tightarse like me) they have an offer of £11.99 for three months free. That's good value to include 2 Albion games and lots of others over Christmas period plus whatever else they offer...
This is not new. Back in the 50's in the early days of TV plenty of people thought whoever was on TV could see them.
My grandmother always wore her hat when she watched the news.
(I may have misremembered this last bit but the first bit was definitely true, especially for older people)
Very funny man. He was the pretty much the first person on TV I heard talking about the internet which he called "The information super highway"
RIP Clive
My 5 1/2 year old #2 grandson Freddie is going today with his dad Commander
This will be his third game, his first two were Bournemouth and Southampton. Two defeats, two sending offs and no goals.
Please at least score a goal for Freddie!!!
That's correct, I caught that direct train from Hassocks and back every day till leaving in 1962. A few days after I started at the school (early November 1959) I got a bollocking from a prefect for leaning out the window. He told me that a someone had been killed a couple of weeks earlier...
So it was! I never noticed that, I just automatically thought if the home team were away the reserves would be playing the same team at home. I'm sure that's what used to happen, football then was only ever played at 3pm on a Saturday other than the Cup final. No floodlights or Sunday lunchtime...
