This Giro - call me old fashioned but I know the Giro organization like to spice up almost every stage but I do like me grand tours to start with a few long flat stages - ultimately doomed breakaways - a chasedown culminating in a bunch sprint. This years has got no 'structure' to it whatsoever...
It's a great book.
I picked up John Wilcokson's book about Lance Armstrong in a discount bookshop - its a great read particuarly the insight into his childhood upbringing. Deffo worth the 99p!
You can access it via the path down by that carvery on the coast road (forget the name) and it heads east until you reach Friars Bay. Those steps will take you back up onto the cliff top at the very far east of Peacehaven
Yeah, that's a real shame - one of the players of USA '94
In many ways, I enjoyed that world cup more than others because England weren't involved

I've got a Shimano Ultegra / DA mix at the moment and its great stuff
Tiagra will be fine - like frames, its bonkers these days just HOW good components are getting

The above is good advice although I'd say Its hard to buy a rubbish bike these days - even at the £600ish price point they've usually got a good frame at their heart and then finished off with good components although there'll always be some (eg tyres) that you want to upgrade straight away...
April showers - fair enough - but it rained nearly all night Friday and up until 11am and then stopped for a bit and its been p'ssing it down since 3:30 yesterday afternoon.
I'd like a bit of a break now please...

I LOVE nsc but have been on here a fair bit less recently as its like the internet circa 1999 at the moment
Another shout for Prendas here - brilliant service and some great items
I've used Wiggle a lot - normally they're ok but I put through a big order (parts to build up a bike) a few months ago and they monumentally screwed it up. It was more wrong than right and total ballache to correct. I still...
