Swimming is great for toning up, watch what you eat, plus if you have a wife/gf lots of sex. Apparently its the equivalent of running 2 miles.

The best one was when I got caught doing it by the girls uncle a few years back when I worked in a betting shop. As for the worst one is was probably last year, nothing happened apart from a few people getting pissed and playing silly female songs. Teachers really were boring.

I was in the lift today on my way to the office with some bloke. As he was getting off and the normal lift recording played mentioning the floor etc, he turned to me and said "I can't believe it, I've worked here for 5 years and this man has never taken a day off". I walked off shell-shocked.
