It is most certainly time for a change in the coaching/tactics/training aspect of the club. Therefore it is time for Dean and Bob to move on. However I feel they don't deserve a lot of the shit that gets written about them as they have both served the club well over the years.

Did a good job with Wigan, but was a shambles at Derby. Has managed at that higher level, but I'm not sold.
