So Giraffe why tell everyone we will have a manager on Tuesday then do a thread to predict a day when you said it should be tuesday ?

what did you info tell you exactly?

A friend of one of the temporary coaches told me it was going to be announced to be announced on Tuesday and that they would only be doing training up until Thursday (new coaching staff on way as well with new man).

However they couldn't get him to confirm who for love nor money.

However insider has contradicted this so unless he is playing games I suspect this is mis info, but who really knows?

Hopefully tomorrow. I think the more time that passes, the less chance it will be Coppell.
If he wants the job, I would think they would more or less have it tied up today, and announce it Tuesday, or Wednesday.

My gut feeling is that Bloom would not have sacked Slade without at least sounding out his replacement. For that reason alone a quick appointment should be expected.

Not according to the insider could be as long as Southampton maybe longer.

There are numerous messages coming out of the club. Hinsh said in his interview it could be tomorrow or Thursday or next week. Insider was to be fair equally vague, the only person that I guess really knows is TB and the next manager if its agreed. Cant wait though, whoever it is I have a feeling TB will not let us down this is his first REAL appiontment after all.

Do you really think Insider would tell us when we were appointing our new manager? He'd be sacked instantly.
He probably knows as much as we do.
Or maybe that's what he wants us to think...
I don't reckon we'll have a permanent manager by Saturday though. When have Brighton ever made things simple?

If Copell is given the job, so be it. He is a good manager and if he gets the job I will support him, The problem is of course his Palace connection. We have a fickle bunch of fans who very quickly when times are tough turn on the manager (Slade being a good example) that added to to his Palace connections makes me wonder whether he would want to come back (agent Copell and all that). Personally Curbs would be my choice at the moment but Coppell albeit a miserable northern geezer would, i think, do a good job for us. At the end of the day I just hope that whoever Bloom chooses is the right man and can take the club that we all love forward!

PS Listened to the Albion "moan in "earlier ,was great to hear Harty as usual talkng sense.

I went for Tuesday, but strangely think Thursday is the only other possibility. Definately won't be Wednesday I am convinced of that (based on absolutely nothing).
