Slade has more or less exiled the following from the squad, is there now a way back for any of them with a new man?

(I imagine Davies will be popular, as the myth that he's a quality forward continues to grow strong, despite his 0 goals for Yeovil)

Poll.

Every player should get a chance to prove themselves, wont take much however to identify who can or cannot do the job required imo!!

That is, to an extent, the point being made.

They deserve a chance - but are any of them realistically likely to take it and get back into the team?

I can see maybe Livermore and Davies forcing their way back into the mix. Hawkins is a liability, and McLeod is out of shape for a footballer.

So, some and some I guess.

a new manager will of course look at all the players available and so its up to them, they all start a fresh and have a chance to get back in the frame. except Hawkins.

i reckon Colin Hawkins will get more of a chance than any of the others atm...the reasons for that is

we are short with defenders because of injury

Kevin and Livermore are both midfielders and our midfield is packed....even though one of them could go in and slot at left back

and Davies could be an outsider because atm with the albion 4 you have Forster, Dickinson,Murray and Hart so there really is no place for Craig....best idea would be is to send all 4 of these back out on loan to league 2 clubs so they can get there match fitness back

If they are good enough in training sure they will get a chance but I think that was the same when Slade was here. Hawkins, Livermore, McLeod have not been good enough. Whether Davies steps up is up to him

I reckon they are all in with a chance. Its not like the current players have done themselves proud.

Hawkins cannot be worse than Virgo and Elphick on current form

Davies may struggle, but I reckon a new manager would prefer him on the bench rather than Hart

Cox and Davies have been bad on the left wing. Davies cant play in the FA Cup, so McLeod may get a look in.

Livermore is a strange one, he should be good but hasnt quite cut it, but then again he has not played in central midfield. He could have been the experienced leader we need on the pitch, maybe it would work out?
