I think probate can be granted even if money is in property as it's based on the value of the property at the time of death not at the sale value of the property.
This was the case five years ago anyway. My father (who passed away) had interest in properties and probate was granted within nine...
Really??? I do remember a game against Cardiff, at about the same time when it was snowing. The away section was closed and all of the Cardiff fans were put in the North West corner. Would probably have seemed like there were no Cardiff fans there to anyone who didn't know where they were...
I agree with you!
What I was saying is that the problem lies with when tickets become available. Nothing can be done about it though because we won't know the fixtures until mid June.
The problem for us expats (for me anyway) is more to do with planning, than any belief that I have a devine right to attend the first game at Falmer.
What would be ideal, would be if tickets were to go on sale (to everyone) sometime next February/March. Unfortunately, we won't know exactly when...
Not sure how I feel about this. I have heard these guys were forced to do this at knifepoint. Sure, it's good to see crims get their comeuppance, but should this kind of vigilante behaviour be encouraged?

Get to bed now but get up at the normal time you would if you hadn't been away (even if you haven't slept). Don't sneek 40 winks tomorrow afternoon, but tomorrow night go to bed at a reasonable time, 9pm should suffice. Use sleeping tablets to kick you back into your old sleep patern if you need...
I agree that BP have more expertise than the US Government to stem the flow of the well. What I am talking about is the clean up operation on the beaches including the treatment of the wildlife affected. This should not be constrained by any budget and all resources should be made available to...
I'm pleasantly surprised that all games will be shown in HD here in New Zealand. Usually, football is not given a second glance here (apart from the Premiership). Unfortunately, they have not gone as far as to move the clocks back 12 hours or so; so games will either be 1.30 am or 6.30 am.
Of course it's not rediculous. It should have been done in the first place. BP will always be mainly concerned about its profits first and how its image will affect that. They will have set a budget to deal with the clean up. The US Government would, (or should) have set no budget on the clean...
Like spending $50 million on TV advertising to improve their image. At least we know we know they are doing all they can in that respect!

However the blame is split between the separate parties is debatable. What is clear at this stage is that BP are responsible for some if not all of the blame. What really pisses me off is seeing their chiefs giving interviews wearing suits in air conditioned rooms and NOT on a beach in overalls...
You might want to get onto it as soon as possible as some of the jabs need to be given as a course of injections over several weeks. Can't remember exactly which ones I had a few years back but it was more because I was also travelling to Tanzania.
