Your ankles CRACK?
I feel a 'crack off' coming onThat said, I can satisfyingly crack all my knuckles, most of my toes, my lower back, my left shoulder, my neck, one hip and my jawbone, so maybe I'm just screwed
My KNEES crack all the time. It's SICK
I'm only 23!
In answer to the original question, is it because the sock absorbs the sound of the crack?
Help.
According to a Doc I know (and God I feel old because I used to coach this guy at Under 13's cricket, now he's a bloody doctor), the cracking noise is often caused by gas bubbles building up in the joints and as the joint moves it "pops", making that cracking noise. Not dangerous or painful - just gas!
