Get to bed now but get up at the normal time you would if you hadn't been away (even if you haven't slept). Don't sneek 40 winks tomorrow afternoon, but tomorrow night go to bed at a reasonable time, 9pm should suffice. Use sleeping tablets to kick you back into your old sleep patern if you need to. Should take 3 or 4 days to get back to normal.

Speed is like a dozen transatlantic flights without ever getting off the plane. Time changes. You lose, you gain. Makes no difference so long as you keep taking the pills. But sooner or later you've got to get out because it's crashing, and then all at once the frozen hours melt out through the nervous system and seep out the pores.
not got any dramas after fllying in from Perth yesterday as we gained 7 hours, but when we go back home and lose 7 hours it will be a feckin nightmare. Can only imagine how bad NZ is, London to NZ must be about the worst one there is....
