    Pancake Day!

One combo I discovered in NZ which I have been an evangelist for ever since is pancakes with bacon, banana and maple syrup, the sweet and aour combo go together beautifully, take my word for it !!

    Thankyou Brighton and Martin Perry.

My wife was talking to me last night about the go ahead that Bristol City got. At first I was shocked that she was talking to me about football but then I realised she was just excited about the biggest ever Sainsbury's that is going to be built in Ashton Gate's place !! I would be a bit worried...

ICC Cricket World Cup Match, Group B: England v Netherlands at Nagpur, Feb 22, 2011

I nver understand why bowlers don't signal to keepers when they are going to bowl a slower ball, that way they can take a couple of steps up at the last minute, no chance of making a catch unless they do that and also when the ball bounces in front of a keeper it can be a lottery and go for byes.

ICC Cricket World Cup Match, Group B: England v Netherlands at Nagpur, Feb 22, 2011

England playing ssome very average cricket - that nonsense with Anderson and KP was very village. Got to get RTd out soon. Broad comes back and takes a wicket which is good.

Poyet delighted to be out the cup

Only watched the 2nd half through the streaming and thought we looked the better side. Granted when you are 3-0 up you don't have to do that much but thought we did OK. Great result at Bournemouth.

    The 2011 ICC World Cup

Doing a better job in this game, good to see KP and Colly get some runs. Early wickets as well and doing a good job of containing them now in the latter overs, should be a win by 25 runs.

    The 2011 ICC World Cup

Simple, the World cup always comes after an Ashes tour. They are looking to change this as i think the Ashes sequence is getting shuffled around over the next 4-6 years.

    The 2011 ICC World Cup

Me too, there was so much criticism of the last one about the length of the tournament yet nothing has been done. In fact, the tournament has been designed specifically so that teams like India can't be eliminated early, which would have disastrous effects on the marketing of the tournament. I...

Vintage video highlights - Liverpool v Brighton (FA Cup) January 1991

What a great day out that was, great seeing the pictures from behind the goal as the two Brighton goals were just as I remembered them. Trying to remember the team from that footage, anyone help with the gaps (and the memory). Digweed Crumplin Chivers ?? Chapman ? Walker Barham Wilkins ?? Byrne...

Guy at Work who is a Cov fan seems to think Dicker is on his way there

On the flip side, if we get promoted then the players will be after more money in their contracts so might be better to sort them out now as League 1 contracts.

Albion player ratings vs Bristol Rovers

As someone who doesnt get to see Brighton very often these days I was mightily impressed with Bridcutt. Thought he popped up everywhere and very rarely misplaced a pass. Also impressed with Barnes, thought he was may e the pick of the 3 front men. Am intrigued by poyet's 4-3-3 formation as...

Train from BTM that goes to Montpelier will also go on to Clifton Down station, only 2 stops on. If you don't want to get a taxi from BTM then walk into city centre (about 5-10 mins) and find the bus stops near the Bristol Hippodrome and catch any bus starting with a 7 and it will go up the Glos...

    Coping with Depression
