And it's not some of the best football in the PL. It's good in parts, but often laboured, slow and moving sideways/ backwards. Our finishing is terrible and we lack pace and passion. Apart from that.....
If anybody is bored tonight, have a look at GP's stats as our head coach. He ranks lower than the recently departed Frank Lampard, lower than tonight's opponent's coach (who took Fulham down and back up), and lower than the soon-to-be-gone Steve Bruce. Not my opinion, but fact.
I don't want...
You can - occasionally - dominate a game and not win it. Given that we butchered almost every chance that came our way tonight, I don't think replayed "well".
You can keep having these polls but it's a bit daft really. There are only a few stats that matter - goals and points.
Matie, I've endured the whole ****ing game. Constant attacking with no end result is foreplay with no climax. Shots against the legs of the nearest defender or blazed wide or over the bar. And that's not the first time.
Potter had options on the bench, really good options. And brought on...
This has been a tough watch. I don't know why we cannot finish. and I can't understand Potter's substitutions (or lack of).
Is this really what Potter is about, playing for a draw at home against a team below us in the league? **** that.
Dull as ditchwater, but we should be ahead. Cows arse : Banjo ratio poor as per usual.
And yet, for 5 second spells we look really good. And then we shoot.
