Easy one this week Bozza.
Two points dropped - missed penalty and one on one with keeper put wide. Ryan also should have stopped Liverpool goal . IMO :albion2:
Can't see how that result is good for us. Zaha will return and Palace will pick up points , any team that puts 4 past Leeds will not go down. Whereas Newcastle should be catchable for us. IMO
I took off my Albion baseball cap and threw it to the ground . Livid I was - serious stuff , the wife wisely moved out of the room. :tantrum:
Not helped by commentator saying "there is no way this is going to be overruled - it's a penalty"
Thanks for all your brilliant effort Brighton Lines. It was great entertainment .
I am somewhat relieved that I shan't have to suffer the slow death of relegation from Division One and can now bask in being "The Invincibles of Autumn 2020" -
It will be interesting to see what happens when full capacity is once more allowed as I have spoken to a number of regular attendees who have said they probably won't go again. People get used to not going , following it on TV etc.
As a man approaching sixty years of age , engaging daily with the general public in my job, I often have to stop and think about how to address people correctly.
I must appear to them as stupid as mid sentence I sometimes hesitate and think "what is the acceptable term to use here" - sometimes...
I'd like to see a rule that states you cannot change a rule mid season. It is patently unfair to certain clubs (this time us) who have already suffered by a rule only for it to be changed and suffer again when it would have gone in our favour !
Plus Lamptey , when he is grabbed across the neck...
We have been doing this for years. I always forewarn my son that we will miss an early sitter in the first 10 minutes - and we nearly always do.
Does anyone know how many goals we have scored in the first 10 minutes of a match at the Amex ? Not many I think.
Sorry for a negative on a positive...
