Maybe its better or not? I dunno, it is what it is, but I think being completely honest, I wouldn't be advocating a ballot, if I had of managed to just get a ticket after 2pm!
I think that could be the 1 ambulent seat that kept appearing in block 47? I saw that same one appear a few times but never tried to buy it as not eligible.
It is frustrating, but c'est la vie. I was at least fortunate enough to go to Marseille.
Theres simply too many Albion fans wanting to travel midweek to Athens, and not enough seats available...... which in another way is an amazing testament of just how far we've come.
Fair play to all those...
I think I have to finally admit defeat. It's the hope that kills :)
In Tier 3 with 225 points, Been hitting F5 for 90 minutes, and on a few occasions I got in, even got as far as allocating 1 adult, but hit buy button and gone! Then stuck on one area, with constant F5, sold out, F5 etc as less...
Yep, remarkable. Whole family just loved that.
The Archer fish were incredible, how clever!
and the bit at the end about Raine Island made us all feel sad of what humans are doing to cause the destruction of this incredible planet.
Its a missed opportunity, because we only played for 45 mins and the set up in the first half was unfortunately wrong.
It may sound naive, but we had enough to get something yesterday imho, if Veltman & Gilmour had started and we played well over 90 and not just 45 mins
Having been at both, it had similarities of Marseille. Pants in the first half, being over run and 2-0 down at HT, massive improvement in second half and had them on back foot.
the 2 major differences is we didnt get the equaliser yesterday, and at Marseille the atmosphere was off the charts...
Agree, With Gilmour and Veltman we looked miles more cohesive and started to play rather than cling on.
Whilst we all back RDZ who is generally superb, it did seem weird (easy in retrospect!) to give full starts to both our raw, PL inexperienced youngsters Baleba and Adingra away at Man City...
Its very hard to directly compare Steele and Sanchez as their attributes are very different.
It obvious with feet and passing Steele is miles better, I reckon most would choose Steele in a penalty shootout too.
But with the gloves, catching and shot stopping. Even with the odd gaff, I think...
This.
if we stay as a 4 in defence which RDZ seems to favour, might have to be Igor on the left as left footed with Webster or JPVH in centre with Dunk?
without seeing prior i see @scooter1 Says exactly the same!
Not very poor, but did little and often went backwards with ball. Looks better as an impact player from bench.
Tough comments on Joao Pedro, who actually run, hustled and tried to make things happen with not much support.
Baleba and Milner were poor on the day.
Was at the game, and was very pleased RDZ pulled off Milner for Veltman at HT. Doku was having a bloody field day.
As others have said, if fit he simply has to start imho, he isnt just the best RB in the club, hes by miles the best defensive RB in the club. He made a big difference.
I somehow got 14/15 with a few being outright guesses after process of deduction and trying to read hoardings/seats for language or any other clues etc!
That's the one that got me as I'd seen pics of the stadium where we will play, a St Mary's type bowl with yellow seats so wrote AEK off.
Guehi is a better player than slabdhead for sure, but looking at the central defensive pairings, it looks like waistcoat prefers a more agile ball playing centre half (Stones) and a more out and out physical defender (slabhead),
Stones is the Rio Ferdinand and Slabhead the poundshop John Terry...
Nobody is surprised, but really we should be.
The highest rated player in the last 2 England games, the player of the match and best player on pitch in last game, is dropped for a crap out of form bench warmer.
I cannot wait until Southgate buggers off, he's tactically inept and he's the...
