Well said. Totally love DB. Excellent player.
The same way Solly was much maligned for not doing flippy-flaps or 200 stepovers a game, sometimes ppl need reminding of the contributions and qualities players bring to the team.
And they haven’t won in the league since, losing 4 (Leicester, Arsenal, Villa, Utd). Not an easy run, but I suspected at the time it might jar with the players.
Wonder if he cried tonight after another 9-0?
I heart didn’t sink so much. More I started feeling sick when I realised Maupay wasn’t coming off. That was for the last 20 minutes or so. Resigned to another 0-0.
Hang on Swansman. I've just seen you post count.
5929 posts on 18 months......329 per month....over 10 a day.
I think the more important question is, lockdown or not, where do you find the time?
I agree with most of what you say but then the problem I have with Maups is his stupid decision making and total lack of instinct at times. The ball arrives at his feel in the box and yet he seems totally aghast it would have come to him, instead of adjusting his body and turning it in with one...
Maups shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a penalty kick for us ever again. The chances of scoring should be heavily stacked in the strikers favour. The fact it is even anywhere near a 50/50 risk means I’m out.
Dunk, possibly, to drill it down the middle / roof of the net for me. Pens are not...
IMO it should be. If the only reason is that it sets an example as to what a lockdown looks like to younger people then it's worth it. 1,325 dead today. Expect we will top 2k by the end of next week.
This is apparently a full blown lockdown but lots of things still feel very normal. I would...
Needs to pull himself together. Nothing wrong with crying, but that is pathetic and possibly even damaging, like Rafa’s Facts. Hopefully the players appreciate it.
I like Ralph. He’s done a great job and Soton are on fire but needs to control his emotions a bit there for me, Jeff.
The sitter wasn't actually that easy. Bouncing up. Not sure many players would find a way of keeping that down. Sitter because of distance from goal but technically quite hard. The chance at the end for the Wolves kid...now that's a sitter.
Bloody hope so, we’re shocking.
In seriousness tho, yes. It needs a circuit breaker, even if to remind the plebs to stay indoors. Can’t tell them one thing and show another.
Can I just point out that Welbz wouldn’t have scored it either.
I’m not a massive fan of AC but the Tottenham hype was hilarious and total delusion. People saying he was the new Rooney and putting £20-£50m valuation on him. This is the reality. He can do a job but at his very, very best is an 8...
