I'm out of touch with the county scene nowadays but I do remember only a few years ago being told by several pundits/commentators that England had a rich vein of batsman to draw upon and our Test future looked "very bright indeed" - what happened ?
I'm caught between the thoughts that the inevitable relegation must follow as we fail to address our goalscoring issues once again or suddenly everything will go in and we will have a flying season aka Leeds last year . Bearing both scales of thought in mind I guess another year of just...
Yes never the same again after that. However sometimes he gets it right and will get a quick 50 , something beyond Anderson, but when the bowling is decent he is a walking wicket and sometimes Anderson can hang around and allow the other batsman to score.
OK Thanks . Does that mean that all non-season ticket holders will not be able to enter Amex without smartphone entry or can they request print at home tickets without ID. Earlier in June the Club told me that my father would not need to provide ID to gain entry but failed to answer my question...
Anyone else in this situation - if so can they advise.
My 85 year old Dad (who is a MyAlbion + member but not a season ticket holder) wants to come to the Watford game with me and my son. I can easily buy him a ticket online in the normal fashion - but he (and myself & son) need print at home...
As a member of the older generation I am going to say something which is very older generation - Why are people such idiots that they need to take drugs or excess alcohol to enjoy something ?
Unfortunately our bravery deserted us in the Final - too much to lose I guess.
After a brilliant start we decided to defend a 1-0 lead for 80 minutes - Gareth is no Houghton.
I feel really sorry for the keeper and back line and Rice and Philips who were all outstanding tonight -
Poor old Pickford - he looked more nervous than me and that is saying something. He doesn't catch the ball but punches everything. Still 1 goal conceded in 6 matches is brilliant. Well done England !!!!!!!
