Petition - say no to 'B' teams league

In return I respect your alternative view,.... but I wonder if you have any suggestions? For me, having those half a dozen names you mention is a good starting point, but I have seen quoted that to have a successful national team, you need to have a minumum of 50 ( yes FIFTY) home qualified...

Petition - say no to 'B' teams league

They dont need to, there are already rules that state clubs have to play the strongest possible team, we have seen clubs sanctioned by the FA for not adhering to it. You doi realise that these 'clubs' will be an entity like any club, having to name at the start of the season, its squad, and...

    Mackail-smith?

He is always great in my view,..... if Ulloa stays then that twosome will tear defences apart next year,... Ulloa playing the lone striker, and CMS in a free attacking role right across the frontline.

Petition - say no to 'B' teams league

So, most continental 2nd tier leagues are not a patch on the Championship attendances, or even in some cases League 1, never have been.

Petition - say no to 'B' teams league

There are already a lot of decent academies, right across the top two divisions, nothing is improving, its getting worse.... those academy players are not making it through the ranks, they dont get competitive football, they play against other 21 year olds, they dont learn to cope with the...

Petition - say no to 'B' teams league

What has attendences got to do with it? .... those all look league one-ish to me.

Petition - say no to 'B' teams league

What do you see as a replacement then?...... anything?.... because 28% English players in the Prem is poor,.... half of that of home players in Germany.

What was the final crowd figure, they didn't announce it in the ground, or I missed it.....the BBC doesn't quote it either.

Oscar just had no real choice, Crofts and Stephens out, Lopez more of a wider player, nobody else to select....but JFC did look like he was suffering from stage fright...... To me he did at least.

The Derby home crowd/tickets sold/seats remaining thread [Merged]

When you look at the swathes of unfilled seats across the nation, Prem and Football League, I think I will have to disagree, the effect is not 'MORE', it is diluted in singles and pairs across the stadium, not huge blocks of unsold seats as it is almost everywhere else.

The Derby home crowd/tickets sold/seats remaining thread [Merged]

This sort of comment makes me chuckle, you do realise that nationally there is a very normal 5-7% of ST holders who don't take their seats in any given game. Holiday, work, sickness, travel issues all contribute to what is NOT unique to us, and is not made up of the same people each week as some...

More importantly, nobody mentions the people who mention the early leaver issue.

The Derby home crowd/tickets sold/seats remaining thread [Merged]

Its not brain surgery is it?... 1) School night 2) Historic evening game travel shenanigans 3) 1st leg, nothing gets resolved Thursday. 4) Some antipathy due to stumbling into 6th. 5) Live on TV 6) Short notice. If the game was a weekend, it would be standing room only in very quick order...

    *Warning* Ticket collection tomorrow night.

I think you need to tell the club......it has certainly upset you by the number of times you mentioned it over the last 18 hours or so.

Maybe the club should open until 2200 tonight, that should clear a shitt load.
