    yes because all football in the UK is regulated by the various fa's......but the proposal and initiation was separate, the fa were just the necessary umbrella organisation.....it was never to assist England team.......it was to assist the clubs in Europe however.

    Its played by very few ( comparatively) blacks and has always been that way,.... the white population virtually to a man play nothing else in the Winter ( some marginal hockey and football)..... so in essence its a bit like NZ yes, amongst the white population rugby is a religion.

Football is a marginal sport in NZ and is played almost exclusively by the black population in SA.....I think we do OK in a country where elite sportsmen...

    They usually spend the first week or two doing fitness, health and weight assessments before firing into the real heavy work..... so I would expect this early excitement we are seeing to wane very quickly once Hyppia gets them slogging up and down Lancing Manor.
