Totally agree with the vast majority of that. However I am glad things turned out the way they did with Slade. I think he will be able to get us out of this division

Hopefully nothing will change for the guy. He would have got another job this summer anyway and it is just as likely that that will remain the case.

That is key - we can't find ourselves in August with no manager. If we get a manager sorted (which I think should be Russell Slade either way) early on, bring in some players etc., I think we have a good chance of play-offs next year.
