Forster trained with the squad today and was in the Sportsman this evening before the match wearing the club training kit. I think his agent was with him. Hardly the actions of a player who has packed his bags?
We filled this stand up apart from the bottom few rows. The stand has a capacity of 3500. I reckon quite a few more than 1800?

I got into the website after what must have been several hundred atempts. Got through to the ticket section, all going fine till it decided that I was not a white member, nor were a couple of other people in my group. This is despite all of us being white members, and having got tickets for...
Just seems odd that the first parts of the Villa end are all in the far flung corner of the main stand. Its like us selling out J block of the South stand for an Paint Pot cup match before any other part of the ground?
Looking at the Villa ticket website its clear that the away allocation is in the usual place (Doug Ellis stand) and North Stand Upper. However Blocks C8 & C9, B7 & A8 in the Trinity Road stand (Up the North end of the ground) are not selectable and showing sold out like the North upper stand...
Getting ready to buy a block of 8 tickets first thing tomorrow. Mix of season ticket holders and members who have waited till we can buy a block of tickets together. If we don't sell out tomorrow I'd be very surprised.
If we don't get our tickets then we are buying in the Northstand Lower.
I'm pretty sure I saw on the Falmer plans a Laundry within one of the stands. Then again I'm all for players looking after there own kit. Gives them a bit of a reality check!
Lets face it most professional footballers earn enough to employ a house cleaner so its not exactly a massive job for them.
Whether we would get anymore would depend on the local plod in the end. They may not fancy the prospect of getting an extra couple of thousand away fans back on the train to London after the game.
Whats for forecast for overnight. The snow radar seem to show East Sussex geeting quite a bit, but it seems to miss Brighton to the East. Does not seem to be so much forming out over the Kent coast. Is this likely to change? I guess we need the wind to pick up from the East?
just left east croydon on a train to uckfield.trains not too bad. scenery stunning in the sunshine. just some light snow falling but sky has that red tinge to it that shows snow is about.
I think the bulk of it will hit us on Sunday. Saturday will be more on/off showers, and Brighton may not see too much on Saturday till later in the day. Drifting could be a new addition to the snow as well as the winds are going to pick up from the East. Its going to feel bloody cold this...
When I went past the site between Christmas and New Year there was some work being done on making the adjustments to the arch ready for its final erection in Jan. Impressive to see that work was still happening on the site even over the Christmas break.
