One Contract the Club must discuss

After tonight's performance, the one contract that the club must discuss is the cancellation of the weekly contract of Seb Carole. He contributes absolutely nothing to the team. He steps over the ball very well but is so unproductive. The improvement came when he left the field of play.

Thought Holyroyd did well inspite of his first half partner.

This was a game between to very dull teams in the first half and it was not difficult to see that we are shit at home and they are shit away. Only livened up when Murray and Dicker came on. Having said that, the referee missed a blatant penalty and how he didn't book their too players for raising their arms in aerial challenges is beyond me. I think right from the begining when he got the first two decisions wrong we knew we were in for a crap night.

Think the main contract to discuss is Forster really as a proven scorer on the sidelines

Totally agree re Carole, complete waste of space.

I just want to know which day of the week Carole's weekly contract ends on. Hopefully tomorrow as that was one the most ineffectual performances I have ever seen. Dicker and Cox must have been well pissed off to be benched behind him.

Am I right in thinking Virgo only has 6 months left on his contract? If so he deserves a new deal. Been very solid since coming back into the side. Demonstrating he is the the best centre back at the club.

Carole is a weekly temp, and with KAZENGA coming in, it must be time for his 3rd spell to come to an end

One can only hope!!!

I was being facetious. However, I doubt that either side have the common sense to sort this out so I fear Forster will have played his last for us.

How many times did our attack break down because he held on to the ball for too long. If you're gonna keep the ball like that you have to end up getting a cross in, if you don't do that you end up going backwards like he did all night and by then they have 10 men behind the ball. One time he actually dribbled the ball from their box to the halfway line.

He didn't have an end product last time he was here, he doesn't have one now, send the bugger back :bigwave:

You'd think as well, that with Lua Lua available from Saturday, tonight was Carole's opportunity to really turn it on and make it hard for Gus to leave him out, but he turned in another lacklustre performance which makes you question the decision to sign him for a third time.

you'd think seb would be busting a gut with us this time, it's probably his last chance in the football league

but if he can't be arsed, then that's f(l)air enough

The club will change their tack once the realisation of life without Forster sinks in.

No, they really won't, Forster isn't training with us any more and has packed his bags. (according to my source who I will not be revealing)

Forster trained with the squad today and was in the Sportsman this evening before the match wearing the club training kit. I think his agent was with him. Hardly the actions of a player who has packed his bags?

Not what I have heard.

I find that scenario impossible to believe anyway..

I was told by a steward that he had to eject Forster from the ground about 30 mins before kick off! He did not know what he had done but it must have been serious.

I was told before the match tonight that Forster had been seen being escorted out of Withdean by stewards. That does sound a bit serious.
