    [Albion] Zakaria Aboukhlal

Seems pretty unlikely we'd sign a homophobic player. And, to be fair, equally unlikely that a homophobe would want to sign for us.

[Albion] Golden Boy Award - Our young gems

Very promising to see Kozlowski in there. I had high hope for him when we signed him but there doesn't seem to be much buzz around him at the moment.

    [Football] England v Macedonia

Lovely to up to a result like that. Very impressive at the end of a long, long season. I've not seen any highlights so I don't know how North Macedonia played but they beat Germany and Italy during world cup qualifying so can clearly be a really tough opponent. To annihilate them is a job...

[Albion] Bart Verbruggen SINGS a 5-year deal

That's fantastic to hear. If true he'll be an incredible keeper for us. What I'm after though is finding out what the individual stats mean? For example what constitutes a defensive action and what does the number next to it mean? I'm relatively clueless on every stat mentioned there.

[Albion] Bart Verbruggen SINGS a 5-year deal

Yes, but what do they actually mean? What is a successful defensive action? What do those pass stats mean? What is an aerial duel? How do they define those stats?

[Football] O'Neill sacked by Bournemouth - and appoint Andoni Iraola

Blimey. From the outside looking in that seems really harsh. He did a magnificent job keeping them up. They looked a well organised, hard working team when we played them, just lacking in a bit of quality.

    [Other Sport] F1 2023

Max in that red bull is by far and away the fastest driver on track. He seems to be qualifying multiple tenths quicker than everyone else and is essentially tootling around in his slippers on race day. Was Hamilton's, Vettel's or Schumachers years of winning this dominant? I feel like in all...

[Football] How many English teams have played in Europe?

It's my question so my rules/interpretation! If you count things like this then its not long until you end up with pre season friendly tournaments...

[Football] How many English teams have played in Europe?

The Anglo Italian cup sounds nuts. I've just wiki'd it. Swindon beat Napoli, were 3-0 up before the game was called off due to the Napoli fans rioting. It was only created because QPR won the league cup and UEFA wouldn't let third tier teams play in its competitions. Swindon had the same...

[Football] How many English teams have played in Europe?

Ah, bloody hell. I saw that link when I googled, skim read it and completely missed the key bits. Wiki is my friend but patience and careful reading might not be!

[Football] How many English teams have played in Europe?

Ah. I don't count the Intertoto. If you apply to play then it's not really Europe IMO. My next question, not necessarily for you two gents, is can anyone match the competitions to the clubs?

    [Albion] Lucas Beraldo

A teenaged south american I've never heard of? Pay the 15m and lets sell him for 60m in January when he hands in his transfer request.

Good list. When did palace play in europe? And Wimbledon for that matter. And who/what is the London xI?

[Football] How many English teams have played in Europe?

Anyone know? I'm guessing about 30 give or take a few. Google doesn't apear to know the answer. It just gave me a list of who has qualified this year or a list of english champions. So when google fails it's time to turn to nsc which NEVER fails.

    [Albion] Andrew Moran

I'v not seen him either but based on how great our scouting is perceived to be I'd guess he's a cross between Mitoma, Caicedo, Ferguson, Ally Mac and Enciso. He's probably half decent in goal too.

[Albion] Where is Moises going? (Chelsea - 14/08/2023)

Yeah, that's fair enough. For me it's clarified that we are in a position to rinse Chelsea. We won't be losing him for less than he's worth. After ally macs bargain sale it's nice to know the crown jewel won't be going cheap.

[Albion] Where is Moises going? (Chelsea - 14/08/2023)

Well, you have greater links to the club than me so maybe you were aware of the contract negotiations. I wasn't, so what it has clarified for me is exactly what the deal is. Caicedo believes he has the green light to go but there are no clauses in his contract allowing that, no cut price deals...

[Albion] Conor Gallagher should go to a bigger bolder club like Villa

He'd fit perfectly at Villa. A half decent, annoying shit of a player playing for a half decent, annoying shit of a team.

[Albion] Where is Moises going? (Chelsea - 14/08/2023)

I think your issue here is with Caicedo and his agent. All Romano has done is pass on, presumably direct from Caicedo's agent, Caicedo's thinking. That is interesting for me. We now know where everyone stands. There's no release clause, there's no promise to sell him at a low price for...
