It is a civil matter, not a criminal one. If you wish to take it to court, you could, but obviously in this case you wont. If it has gone for much less than she had anticipated, you can argue that she has to sell it, and so can Ebay. But, at the end of the day, if she does not want to sell it...

I've read you can get the stadium to look like Withdean, but how close is it? Is the away end really far away? No roof on the south stand? The Sportsman? Green seats? Also, are all of the other grounds shown as they look in our leauge (and the Championship/Premiership)? Willl buy it soon, i think.
