My mother-in-law died of covid-19 today. She was an elderly lady with underlying health problems. The irony is that she went into hospital for unrelated reasons, but was infected in there. Although my wife said to the nurses that she sounded really breathless, they sent her home to be assessed...
We’re lucky to have really good neighbours. The old boy has a bright red sit on mower and is cutting his grass two to three times a week. It’s so slow it reminds me of the fire engine in Trumpton.
The fault lies entirely with the Chinese Government and their lies about the scale of the problem. 80k infections and 3k deaths in a population of 1.6bn - what a load of bollocks. The true scale was only realised when the virus hit Italy.

Agreed. No degree in maths but I did get grade A - Pure Maths and grade A - Applied Maths back when the grading was 100% on the final exam, when all workings had to be shown and the only aid was log tables. (1972) :smile:
Luton away Feb 1970. Saw someone from my school, VGSB, full on skinhead, kicking some other kids head in. Turned my stomach. Would’ve been in his regulation school uniform on Monday.
