Not too unhappy with that

It’s a box tick but not a total box tick for box ticks sake

She’s half decent
I think Kelly Cates is great. The biggest compliment is probably that when people have gone on about needing more female presenters, she rarely gets a mention. In my view because her gender has basically always been irrelevant. Nobody thinks about it. She’s just good at the job. Professional and credible.

What a wonderfully back-handed complement, which doesn't really make sense. I'm sure she'll be delighted!

Alec Scott will be feeling a little sore but all in all they are three fine presenters. It could have been better but it also could have been much worse.

So, three straight white presenters, replacing another white male presenter.

I'm sure the anti-woke wankers – who were all frothing at the gash at the thought it would be a gay/disabled/person of colour – will claim that the BBC 'bowed to pressure from the public' instead of, you know, picking people that were best for the job and that...

Twats.

Three consummate professionals and great broadcasters. I like the fact that they'll rotate across all three broadcasts too as a presenting team

What a strange negative spin that is. It’s not anti-woke, I hate the term, ‘Woke’, it’s going for the best there is as you said and not squeezing in someone to suit a narrative which has gone too far and one which for me has really f***ed the left side of politics currently.

Im delighted, at the choices.

Hope Danny Murphy has gone. He made a right twat of himself on White and Jordan after the Arsenal match and the Pedro penalty. Doubled down on all the incorrect aspects of 'got the ball', clash of heads', 'happens every week', and all the rest, while White and Jordan openly laughed and mocked him. Now a proven dinosaur.
P.S. haven't checked if he's still on it. Just saying why I hope he isn't.
