I always weigh myself after my daily ablutions, and before I have breakfast. My scales go on the X Factor spot on the bedroom floor (well, actually a knot hole in the wood) so I weigh myself in the same spot every day...!1st November - 13st 7 (moved to 13st 5 due to different scales)
8th November - 13st 2 - 3lbs lost
15th November- 13st 0 - 5lb lost in total
Like @Bozza I checked my weight yesterday and got a 12st 13. So a bowel emptying may well be worth another pound soon!
85.55 kilos
Target 82.55 kilos
Feels a bit daunting - not least with a big away trip tomorrow which, no doubt, will involve quite a lot of food and beer, but let's give it a go.
I’m a pretty regular first-thing-in-the-morning kinda guy.1st November - 13st 7 (moved to 13st 5 due to different scales)

Eggs?I’m a pretty regular first-thing-in-the-morning kinda guy.
Except today, obviously. Which I knew wasn’t going to help me.
In fact I’ve still not been. What the hell is going on?

Are you exercising a fair bit? I find the body can go into a metabolism shutdown, preserving what it has, if you just cut out the unhealthy intake and take it easy.
So last night went out for a curry and beer session with a mate I hadn’t seen for a while. Instead of 3/4 pints before popadoms etc etc I did this instead at the pub whisky and sodas instead of pints (still alcohol and calories but no carbs), at curry house no popadoms, no rice and shared a nann at the end didn’t feel stuffed to bursting liked I would normally
Indian meals can be ridiculously carbs heavy … we’ve often had naan, saag aloo, rice, bhajis, papadams!
