Everyone will be laughing. They already are.Now you have reverted back to silly and bitter mode, no one will be laughing and if they did who cares, for someone how wants barriers and understanding about people’s emotions, tolerance, equality etc etc.
your going to laugh because a different nationality manager won something for another country….
you sound bitter here.
Sweden currently has a Danish manager. I feel similar ways about him, although winning anything is obviously out of question for us. But its still frankly humiliating that we can't muster to produce a manager for our own team and have to pick some lad from our eternal rivals.
Not to mention that I think the whole concept of "foreign managers" in national teams are a complete load of bullshit.
Orginally it made sense: when football was young, you needed "developers". The most successful Sweden manager of all time was Englishman George Raynor. It made sense back then in order to spread football - there wasn't any coaching courses or anything so you had to learn from where the knowledge was.
Now football has reached the level where there's competent managers and football knowledge on every single continent and no one - give or take some very poor countries - can really justify a foreign manager.
Imho FIFA should change the rules and not allow foreign managers in national teams because it really makes no sense.
