Well, we have a favourite one...

For me? Nobody I actively dislike but there are some I like less than others.

Colin Hawkins or, until Man City game, Steve Thomson.

Abysmal thread, but can you explain why about Thompson, especially after MC game ???

Fans that even despise our own players in the slightest are the ones that watch them constantly all game, waiting to pounce on every mistake they make before posting it on here.

Or perhaps those frustrated that they pay good money to watch persistent shite?

Still no reason to despise one of our own players. If you know someones playing who is 'persistently shite' then dont waste your money getting frustrated. Hatred of a player is slightly understandable if his attitude is appaling and he actively abuses our own fans. But anything else, isnt right.

Bit of a tip. We may well be shite on Saturday too. Especially if we've been shite in the very recent past. It's called trend analysis.

You might be best off taking your "good" money and staying away. Take a break from the footie. Might do you some good. And NSC

We'll put you down for El Abd and Richards then:thumbsup:

I dont know what happened with the El-Abd incident.

In Richards case I can understand why he did it as he was caught up in the moment, but still thought it was slightly unnaceptable, however, that was still not a valid reason for me to hate him.

I probably should have worded it better, I would say if a player vividly abuses Brighton fans for no apparent reason other than being a wanker, then it is applicable to hate them.

El Abd was caught up in the moment too. Basically there's a fair few twats who shout abuse and really get on our players' backs. And it's constant. El Abd wasn't playing too well so these fans thought it would really help to boo El Abd and call him a wanker, fucker, etc etc.

And then they appeared completely surprised when El Abd reacts.

Very sad.

Tell you what would be very amusing. A thread exclusive to Albion players and staff listing their least favourite Albion fans.

I'd love it, just love it if Kerry Mayo posted:
I've been a footballer since a boy, played Pro all my adult life in the toughest of conditions, in shit stadia and convinced umpteen managers that I am worth it. These are people who's careers are made and broken by their judgements, not some poxy weekend tactician sitting in the terrace after having been in the pub pontificating on where we've been going wrong and how with all his infinite wisdom would definitely have got the decisions right. That and the fact that because he's paid money to watch the game thinks that gives him a God given right to call me a wanker, a motherfucker, a c unt, a useless twat. To tell me that I am lazy and don't care even though this is my livelihood, precarious as it is.

And then expects me to take all that without reacting.

I can take a guess on one or two NSCers who's name might keep popping up.

Man city is one game, he goes sideways and backwards when in posession, doesn't close down players on the ball and gets caught ball watching when defending.

I hear what your saying, but that doesn't answer my question RE: especially after MC game.

As a plastic fan, who has only seen the MC game this season (oh, and Charlton..) the reports are that Thompson played well against MC mainly due to being played in correct position, and with supporting M/F.
That goes against any reasoning why he should be listed..doesn't it ???
