Why Does Mm Get Embroiled In Slanging Match With Fans?

O yea forgot about that reid situation! He was the best midfield player, played some dangerous through balls forward and then he is put back to right back! Whenever MM plays reid in defence I feel like crying, poor guy must get so frustrated.

I felt sorry for him, when will Magoo wake up and see Reidy is our best midfielder we've got.

granted i was shouting at MM and i feel a bit bad for it. im certaintly not a follower and it was my personal opinions that i viewed. However the ONLY reason i gave him stick was because of his reaction to that fan - the blokes lost it completely. It's obviously personal views and maybe they werent best aired as people did but frustrations get to everyone.

ps - whoever those 2 blokes were in the front row by the dugouts - everyone has opinions and we were all frustrated but u cant go abusing people by calling em wankers etc cos u dont believe in what they think. it was over the top. surely people have a right to tell the manager thay're upset with him? 5 wins in 50 or summink?? shit.

Sheebo was one of those guys with Biscuit. I saw them and tried to get there but I was agaisnt the traffic as people were walking out of the stands.

Biscuit than told sheebo to watch his back as he said he was being followed by some mouthy pickeys, so we was escorted with the Police.
.

i rest my case.

p.s i love you

Biscuit walked down early, like many do, and wiated at the bottom in front of where his seat is. He boo'd at the end but didn't slag off McGhee during the game.

I'll repeat what I posted on the other thread......

This is a repeat of what happened to Barry Lloyd - good manager hounded out by stupid fans.

This is the most rediculous posting I have ever seen ( since my last one in fact)

Christ almighty, it's people like you that make managers turn down going to work for clubs. They'd be water-tight, squakey-clean, passion-throwing, milky-white robots if people like you had their way.

Despite what people might think, MM is human and entitled to make mistakes. I do think turning round and getting involved with the crowd was wrong, and I would be really surprised if DK doesn't deal with that this week if anybody makes an official complaint. I also believe our results are not good enough, and haven't been for some time, and I remain unconvinced about him long-term.

However, this relentless character-bashing of MM is unfair and unacceptable, and as for going down behind the dug-out, big no-no. Show your displeasure from the stands if you must, nowhere else, show some f***ing respect for the fact he is the manager, whether you happen to agree with it or not.

Shut up !

I'm entitled to my opinion, and in my opinion, ANYONE who had a go at McGhee should be taking a long hard look at themselves in the mirror, and asking if it does anything to help.

I suppose you'd all like Martin Hinshlewood back in charge ?

Why not ...... It's alright for people to so dish it out to mcghee, but when he has a go back it's naughty. If you can't take it don't dish it out .. end of story. McGhee asked the bloke behind the dugout to stay but he then scappered, how gutless is that.

I notice there were comments about young kids being present and how they would be affected by the swearing. Hypocrosy of the highest order. It's a footy game, everyone swears. One concern I have abou taking my son is the bad language fortuntaley he's more interested in the footy.

The one thing that really does make me laugh is that the general consenus in the foolballing world is that McGhee is doing a good job concidering the situation at the club, yet NSC apparently thinks he shit. I don't believe he's the best in the world, i certainly don't believe he's premiership but I do believe he's championship quality and his previous record show that.

Quite rightly, MM was probably embarrassed and frustrated by yesterday's performance. He didn't need some numpty shouting the bleeding obvious at him. Unwise thought it is to repsond, the man has a lot of pride in himself, the playing staff and the club. He didn't like to see it being attacked, especially from within.

How many of us would not have turned round?

Err sorry, most professional managers. Can't stand the bloke but didn't see Steve Bruce arguing with Birmingham supporters as the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th went in against Liverpool nor Mick McCarthy and they got/get plenty of flack.

Hmmmmmm. Any let's stack up your experience and knowledge and compare it to the managers.

A little humility and a little respect is called for.

if they had a running track behind the dug-out and any jumped-up attention seeker could go and stand behind and say what they liked - don;t you think that would happen there.

Most Clubs are ery careful about what tickets they release (a) behind the dug-outs and (b) between the dugout and the dressing room.

see where i disagree with u is that hes MEANT to be a PROFFESIONAL yeh - we are PAYING to be there - he is meant to keep proffesional as hes being payed alot of money to be there - surely u see that?

also how can anyone support him? is 5 wins in 50 good enough for us? no. clearly its SHocKinG! also coppell and adams had exactly the same resources so he hasnt a leg to stand on

Quite right, how do you know Sheebo that players aren't playing because they aren't actually following the managers instructions? People have been quizzical about Paul Reid and why he hasn't been playing, it was a failure to follow management instructions, and therefore he was dropped. What is a manager to do if that happens, do things for them?

I have always thought if people have a genuine question answered - like why Henderson and not Kuipers, McGhee would be happy to answer it. There are plenty of places to collar the manager - like training or after the match - or arrange an appointment.

Just don't stand behind the dugout like a big girls blouse.
