In sharply descending order of priority:

The Beatles, any time but preferably their first American tour
Led Zeppelin, while John Bonham was alive
The Who, with Keith Moon

Led Zep split up after he snuffed it anyway.

Sadly, The Who didn't do the same. After Moonie died, they were only good for making money. Being a MASSIVE Who fan, (bigger than Tank I'd say :p ), I would have preferred to have seen The Who circa 1970-71. I do know someone who was at the Live at Leeds gig.

Joy Division, not sure how enjoyable it would have been, but would be fascinated to see Curtis perform in his gloomy best.

Queen. (Freddie Mercury and all that, not Her Majesty).

I know, but for pedantry's sake, there was also the relative debacle of them at Live Aid.

What's depressing about this thread is the fact that I am so old that I have actually seen quite a lot of these performers live.

I preferred the Doors to Danny Blanchflower, though.

:lolol: i was just thinking the same thing as i was reading through the posts :lolol: and i to had the good fortune to see both Mr Blanchflower, and the Doors, .......god.....i am getting old eh :lolol:

i think i have got to say the who as well with keith moon, i would have said the rolling stones as everytime ive tried to see them, theres been a reason why i couldnt go, but i have actually got tickets to see them on this years tour at the millenium stadium, so as long as god lets me, i will be there :clap2: :clap2: (bloody exspensive though !! £200 for 2 tickets) still a lifetimes ambition realised eh)
