Unless parking over someone's driveway, or unless said car does not have valid tax.
It is perfectly legal for them to park on this road anytime they like. It's not even an argument.
Perhaps it's not entirely responsible, but slashing someones tires is neither responsible or legal. If it actually happened!!

I have been to a few Withdean games, very few, and have always managed to find a nice spot fairly close to the ground. Its not big or clever granted, but its easy and quick when running late!
