For any other PM, that wouldn't be a letter - it would be a torpedo creating a nasty hole beneath the waterline and sinking the ship. Unfortunately, Boris just keeps floating back to the top like a turd that just won't flush away.

But look at the charge sheet?

Lied to Queen.
Lied to parliament
Illegally prorogued parliament
Broke the law over covid
Had holiday funded by anonymous donor
Bankrolled lover's business with public money
Ennobled Russian citizen (and son of KGB agent) against security service advice
Ignored ethics advisor of Patel's breaking of ministerial code
Tried to change parliamentary rules to keep Patterson in place
And is trying to tear up an international treaty

Any one of these could previously have brought down a previous PM and yet he carries on. What's even more bizarre is that 30% of the electorate think this is acceptable - quite incredible.

UK interest rates have risen further as the Bank of England attempts to stem the pace of soaring prices.

Rates have increased from 1% to 1.25%, the fifth consecutive rise, pushing them to the highest level in 13 years.

It comes as finances are being squeezed by the rising cost of living, driven by record fuel and energy prices.

Inflation - the rate at which prices rise - is currently at a 40-year high of 9%, and the Bank warned it could surpass 11% later this year.

He was getting quite annoyed with the questions wasn't he, and being picked up on not actually answering hem how he wanted to. He comes across as very spiteful and thoroughly unlikable.

An ideal replacement for the Tory faithful when Johnson finally gets kicked out by his own party....

More and more the UK seems to be mirroring the US. There is a hard core of maybe 30 to 35% of Trump supporters who supported, and continue to support him, no matter what he did and it seems the same with Johnson.

And in both countries you have privately owned mainstream media which continue to enable them, Fox News in the States and the Sun, Mail and Express in the UK

Will the 35% c***suckers in this country try to storm the Houses of Parl when he's kicked out. I wouldn't put it past them.

Not sure "Vote Tory....we're not all Harold Shipman" is quite the election slogan they're looking for

The fat messy lying bungle**** is the perfect plaything for the ERG but he can't see it. They'll drop him in a nanosecond when the time is right and he won't know a thing about it. One ethics adviser leaving would be career endingly embarrassing but two? It doesn't even register.

What a fukken state and still some think he's done and doing a good job.

You forgot to mention sitting on the Russia report concerning their interference in our elections/referendum, missing COBRA meetings with a looming global crisis. Wallpaper? As we're talking Johnson, I've probably missed a load as well!

A litany of wrong doing.

Get him gone.

Hopefully the citizens of Wakefield and Tiverton/Honiton will give him an absolute shellacking next week.

Deleted his emails as mayor (against City Hall guidance) when he left office which hampered the investigation into his alleged affair with Jennifer Arcuri.

“The IOPC found that he and his senior appointees did not follow GLA Records Management Guidance- specifically the requirement to transfer their email accounts to Executive Officers, on their departure from office in 2016.

“This could mean that potentially relevant material has been lost and cannot be recovered. This applies not just to questions raised about Arcuri, but other matters that could arise relating to his record as Mayor that we might want to scrutinise”.

Oh almost forgot - although I'm sure someone else hasn't

The news this morning reporting latest 'ethics' minister resignation.
Some lickspittle Tory pipes up saying:-

'There could be many reasons for the departure.
He could have set himself a fixed term.
He could have personal reasons for leaving...

...but it's not for be to speculate'.

If I'm able to instantly see the the double standard why the fook wasn't the reply to toady:-

"So why have you just speculated?"

On the one hand Johnson demands Russia respect the rule of international law whilst at home riding roughshod and breaking international law on an almost daily basis
