Orlandi in my opinion is better than Noone.

Also, in my opinion Joe Mason (Cardiff) is better than Noone too - and he doesn't even start for Cardiff.

Agreed. Looks like a more complete player than Noone. Plus he can play on the wing or midfield which is very helpful.
