With the events of the last few days you can't even hazard a guess save the fact that there's a chance of a reject from Leicester, Coventry or Colchester winding up here.

Unfortunately he began to believe the hype about how good he was and then went on a bit of a goalscoring drought...the other thing was that most opposition teams figured out why he was scoring so many goals and set their defence up to negate this, also his foil Mark Beesley left for Cambridge United in the transfer window, which did little to help his confidence. He is very good at running onto through balls played to feet, will usually beat the keeper in a one on one situation, but is less good in the air and is prone to petulance when things don't go his way.

i can't see why we are still talking the same names wendy was rumored to be looking at bringing in

micky has been scouting for stoke for the last 6 months and im sure he got his own ideas on who he'd like to bring in

Based on Adams' past practice of signing players he has had before how about.......

.......from Colchester
Adam Virgo (utility) 'nuff said
Kevin McLeod (winger) still young but a little bit more than "one for the future"
Aidan Davison (gk) - vastly experiienced ex-premiership

.......from Stoke

Vincent Pericard (striker) - vastly experienced (on loan at Soton most of this season) big bustling striker served jail term for perverting course of justice!
Jimmy Phillips (midfield/wing) - academy/reserves,creative/attacking
midfielder

.......from Leicester
Jonathon Hayes(winger) - been out on loan at Northampton this season

assume he will still go for Richards as deal was pretty close to done by all accounts and he has acquitted himself well and hopefully might also go for Westlake if the price is right or a season long loan is on offer

add to that a few continental lower league players with a mix of flair and muscle courtesy of Barry Lloyd and you have the makings of a promotion-chasingsquad

I would think that there are a lot better options, that MA would have seen whilst scouting for Stoke than Westlake. He was better than we had but didnt set the division alight.

Good call, plus whatever Bazza can come up with from his travels!

Good call

I remember in particular the composed way he got out of a tight spot right in front of our end this season. Seem to remember he looked quite useful all round. We could certainly use the experience.

Luton's current longest serving player on 352 appearances and 12 goals from 49 appearances at time of our game up there recently.
