Portlock Seagull had a lippy steward this afternoon who tried to stop him entering ground. Fellow stewards came over and told steward to calm down. Am sur he'll post details on here later.

I spoke to a steward and they were told to sit down 3 or 4 times and were also standing on the chairs that's why they got thrown out.

Cant help but think there is more to this than just some lads standing up -

Well, yes there is.

Moronic, police-reject stewards abusing the only little bit of power they're ever going to hold in their sad little lives.

I think there should be rules. I think the stewards should:

a) be football lovers, or at least appreciate the game;

b) not be frustrated little hitlers;

c) have an IQ greater than 14.

I presume there was some kind of League safety monitor in. Which is also presumably why we got asked to keep our tickets by the people on the turnstiles, so we could prove we were sitting in the right places.
