So in the summer the east upper, south east and south west corners will be completed. Does this part of the expansion include the extended 1901 tier that wraps round the south west corner? or is that part of the expansion they say will be complete by january 2013?

Adur Council made their feelings known immediately it was announced ... chuffed that their area is going to get a multi £m investment, with a state of the art facility, and jobs.
