to join Millwall.

The Star on Sunday says that Millwalls new Chairman Peter De Savry wants to bring Robbie Fowler to Millwall in January and their manager said they are looking to sign 5 players of which two are premiership strikers.

How will we compete.................sign a 26 year old from Eastleigh

I went to Millwall yersterday and they are shit, will definitely go down unless they sign new players. Only players who were up to it were Zak Whitbread and Josh Simpson. Strikers were awful.

Whitbread is a class player.

If The Star on Sunday is right 5 new players should make a big difference.

Peter De Savry is very wealthy and Robbie Fowler needs to play some games to proove to Pearce he is worth another contract.

So could be a possibility although another tabloid suggests Harry Rednap wants him at Portsmouth.

Where did you get that figure from? Seems a bit ott! More than alot of players that are far better thab him!

He will be on a fair old whack. 80k wouldn't surprise me. There were lots of rumours flying about on his wages at Leeds. Also Pompey are interested, but realise that wages are a stumbling block - he would be Pompey's highest ever wage earner if he joins. He must be on a bundle.

If Man City play him in two more games, they pay Leeds a further installment, so he will be going somewhere or rot in their reserves.
