I seem to remember Deano crying at the end of the playoff defeat and complaining how we didn't deserve to lose 3-0 having forgotten that HE scored the goal 
I'll be delighted if he proves his detractors wrong me included, my only real gripe about him has been his inability to change a game we are losing, he's done it twice in two home games this season, all credit and keep proving me wrong Deano.
