Nope. I would've thought "perhaps that means our strikers are to starting form a good partnership/Gus feels the strengthening is needed elsewhere/unfortunately Gus wasn't able to get a player that suited and wasn't willing to waste money on a poor striker" etc.

Im disappointed we didnt get a '25 goal' striker we have had all summer, but the other signings have been impressive so im 50 - 50, i reckon we get to xmas and we are in the play off hunt we might see TB open the purse strings and really have a big push in the second half of the season.

You're the farce. Murray is more than capable of scoring 20+. More important is the balance of the team provided by Lua Lua and the passing football that creates chances. If a striker is injured we can switch to 4-5-1 comfortably
