1500 in charges - but i dont care - timing is great means i can get everything i need for my travels

Basicly i just put about the new law and request a refund or i will take it further

Pretty much.

Basicly i am owed £1700

but as a sort of agreement they offered me £1500 just to stop taking it any further and for the sake of £200 its not worth the risk.

I had a letter from barclays a week ago saying they will get back to me with there verdict before the 3rd july

Sounds promising. I sent my letter off to Barclays on monday and hoping that there will be a nice surprise in store for me.
