i thought mason had an average game with three or four shocking decisions going against us.........varney could easily have gone for clatterring AEA from behind.....or he could have gone for diving for the pen and brown should have not been on the pitch when he scored leeds second. he did , however police the 10 yard rule impeccably .
Their pen was a pen, even if it was a theatrical dive that followed the offence. He let play flow and no ref is gonna see everything. I've yet to see a game where Albion don't win where there aren't complaints about the ref. If he'd blown for every offence like some refs it would have made for a frustrating stop start game. I thought he did well and controlled a game that could have spiralled out of control with a weak ref and Warnocks "professional" players and their gamesmanship.
