It's almost considered profanity to refer to Forest by the name of 'Notts Forest' here by both sets of fans. I was almost lynched for doing it when I first moved here. ???

The Forest fans I know always seem to be complaining about the stewarding at the ground. They blame the heavy handed tactics of the stewards for destroying the atmosphere from the home fans, which they claim is having a detremental effect on their players which causes them not to play well and...

I walked into work this morning wearing my Albion shirt, and apart from the odd cheer from a Notts fan, the place went silent. :lolol:

I faced the same choice 5 years ago and chose Nottingham. It's a city made for students. It has a fantastic nightlife and shopping is excellent. You can still do loads of Albion matches as these past few seasons ago we've been in the same division as Forest, Notts and even the Stags and it isn't...

Why do they have to use the worst competition of the bunch? Why not a SPL Champions vs Premiership Champions game to start the season? That would be better, I'd look forward to that one. Not really sure I could get into a British Cup game between the League Cup winners.
