Just printed off my email to take it with me tomorrow and it says under the fulfilment column "Smartcard activition". I wonder if this is the problem in that the computer did not print out these tickets so the ticket office haven't until now realised there is a problem.

GB should have had a clear cut penalty on the football which would have given us the win and probably qualification, but we cannot appeal against that very poor decision
