There has been a lot of protest. A lot. But it doesn't get much coverage, for reasons that should be obvious. The Saudi's buying Newcastle is not the worst thing they've done - not by a long long way. But it is an opportunity to raise awareness and draw attention to all their real crimes. Which...
My heart bleeds.
The greedy f*cker took the money. Now he has to live with the consequences, which includes, quite rightly being asked how he feels about working for murderers.
Well I for one hope he takes the job and takes Ghana a long way in the world cup.
I'd love to see both him, and Ghana, do well, so would be a double win in my book.
Sounds good in theory. But might want to have a word with Big Shane Duffy...entitled fans, club in a mess, manager that doesn't know how to use best use you...and dreams can quickly become nightmares.
A full roast dinner is very dull and uninspiring. Making one doesn't count as actual 'cooking' and the fact that it is our national meal exemplifies why the UK looks to rest of the world for decent food.
I'll be very sad if this happens. I love BDB and would hate to have to boo him in future. But needs must if he goes there.
I'm hoping we string them along until Monday and then tell them to fook off.
And other clubs all do the same
You can disagree with hm of course, but I don't see any reason to hurl abuse on the basis of that statement
The first part is clearly true. Once Labour (against the instincts of a weakened leader) had taken a position that was clearly designed to reverse the referendum result, the only option...
No ni no. Waiting until we know what the decision actually is would leave it FAR too late. It's important to get your outrage in early, based on a made up scenario in your head, so as to avoid disappointment in the event of the club acting sensibly and proportionately.
I think t's worth remembering the very stern warning that went out from the club (from PB himself I think?) about not going on the pitch/bans being issued etc towwards the end of our promotion season. In the event I remember stewards putting steps in place to help us get over the barriers and...
Not sure how I am feeling in terms of the result, but looking forward to it. I do like a mid-week evening game. Dark and cold like football should be.
While I am not particularly confident, at least I don't have the feeling of advance resignation that I have had in the past with games like...
You don't actually HAVE to pay I think?
Watch on line only. Don't watch or listen to any BBC content. Don't pay the licence fee.
Your loss though. The news, five live, 6 music, world service, Green Planet, The Outlaws, the Tourist, House of Games etc etc...we'd be a lesser country without it...
So if he did have both hands on the ball - that means he is theoretically 'in control' and Maupay can't legally kick it out of hands.
Fine.
But If Maupay didn't commit a foul and the goalkeepeer dropped it because he happened to crash into something (in this case Maupay, but could equally...
No sh*t sherlock
It's a bit unsavory though, isn;t it? A bunch of anonymous (mainly) men piling in on a woman in the public eye based on her looks.
I think we should be better than that, and rather than her looks, concentrate on her money grubbing, morality-free, greedy, souless personaility...
Player's foot is pretty much still on the line
Nit-picking to say that's encroachment, or complain about the flare imo.
It was a crap penalty and got saved. That's it.
I quite like the flares and smoke bombs. Relatively harmless and adds atmosphere
Except that was precisely the point I was making
It was originally argued that moving to a republic results in 'subsequent revolutions, dictatorships, coups'
I said that was not the strongest argument for not moving to a republic and the link was tenuous at very best
It was argued that...
